I get that they literally just started and may already be better than ZBT just by nature of starting a chapter that actually has a decent national reputation, but common man, you cant just come on here and write your own reviews saying your top or even close to middle tier. They just started. I'm sure theyll end up fine, I know a couple chill guys that joined, but you cant pretend theyre not completely irrelevant for right now

Sometimes only hang out with each other and girls but other than that they throw the best parties and are cool guys. Ive never seen one of their parties run out of alcohol either which is rare.

Parties are ok for a new frat, mixers gradually get boring over the year, some weird kids, and their houses are too far away from campus. Few plus things are great brotherhood (probably the best), and recent pledge class has improved from last year.
