Bottom tier but they have a house on lightside, are somewhat selective with bidding, and act like more of a frat than zbt or ato. It may take a few years, but if any of these new frats move up it'll be this one

These guys get a lot of cheap for being "soft", but they're mostly solid (a few on the more pretentious/awkward side though) and this frat overall is probably the most well rounded in terms of balancing partying with other social/ philanthropy events. Their houses as of right now aren't great, but they're doing the best they can with their unfortunate situation. Honestly in a just world they would still have power, it's one of the best houses on bellomy and sig pi doesn't do jack with it. All in all, while sig chi isn't perfect or top tier as of now, it's still a solid frat, one that girls like because the guys are genuinely nice.

They have no houses, don't socialize (they got rolled for a sober mixer), pride themselves on being a "study group" (look it up on their website), and have shockingly little brotherhood. I also heard that their president/ founder was a ZBT reject which is ridiculous in and of itself. Who are these guys?

Decent houses, but too many weird guys to be considered relevant. The constant self ranking isn't helping them either. They did get a few solid guys in this year's pledge class, so they could move up if the trend continues, but as for now they are the frat that gets more gdis showing up at their mixers than sorority girls.

Kappa Sig does not get enough credit. Every interaction I have had with a Kappa Sig has been positive and the guys are always willing to help you out with anything. They genuinely want to get to know people and they know how to have a good time. They get underrated by the other frats. Good guys with good hearts and fun parties. Like a lot of their Pc (but there are definitely some weird ones) and have friends that are actives, all great people.

As someone who is not in sorority but likes to go out, I can say SIgma Pi is one of my last choices when figuring out a house to go to. Pc only associates with the same 20-30 girls and keeps them on rotate between themselves. You can never have a conversation with a Sig Pi because most of them will never approach you and won't stick around long if you approach them. They think they're a lot better than they are and overall come off as a pretty douchey frat. Not all the guys are like this but it is a common trend that they are only concerned with themselves and their own social status as opposed to real human connection and friendliness. Did not realize this was the case until all the other frats rushed and I realized there were a whole lot better frats than SIg Pi. Would pick almost any other house over Sigma Pi.

Definitely some genuine girls here, but also tons of fake and ice-queen ones. No real sisterhood either; tons of cliques and it feels like most people who go here are the type joining a sorority solely for the status and the boys. Again, some nice girls but not a great vibe overall.

Really solid guys. If say if your looking for a frat with a decent party life but without the extreme intensity of a frat like pike, then tke is your best bet.

Just a bunch of guys that didn't think they'd get a bid from pike or cal phi. Always become irrelevant when the other frats rush.

Pent is easily the best house at Santa Clara. They'll have the best houses next year. Very exclusive parties, only pikes and girls. Great 2018 pledge class. Pike is still top house as per usual.
