These guys are in a really unfortunate situation in that they are unable to find a good house. It's a shame because there are some good guys, and if they had come a little sooner and got at least one good house, we may be looking at an entirely different zbt. Sadly, all their houses are far which means they can't really throw fun parties as few people want to go that far if there are better parties closer to school. This causes them to be seen as a bottom tier fraternity that isn't really worth joining, so they must resort to bidding in a bunch of weirdos for numbers that further diminish their already mediocre reputation. Definitely a shame for the good guys here, they are in a fraternity that is seemingly going nowhere.

From what I’ve seen of Greek life here, Kappa is a great option if you hate typical high-strung sorority girls but still want the sisterhood experience.

This frat is just a bunch of wealthy dudes jerking each other off. Basically, if you’ve got a dumb amount of money from you dad and want to waste it rush Sig Pi. The real frats are Pike and CalPhi. Plus their self rates are shameless. Really cringey.

Honestly, I tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but they bid too many weird kids too quickly. No doubt there are some solid guys in the fraternity, but they are definitely out numbered by creepy awkward and pathetic losers. If they cut half of the guys in the fraternity they would be decent, but right now the majority of them are worth avoiding.
