I really wouldn't put Phi Kap as top tier, I mean Kappa Sig is pretty much gone, but TKE is the only one with consistent parties, philanthropy, and events. Phi Kap is more mid tier, if they could actually organize and hold events then maybe they could be top but they have a LONG way to go.
Side note: SKPhi is gone too, and so is BXC, not that they were relevant anyways.
For Sororities it's either AST or DZ anything else is a waste of time.
