Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at University of Texas Pan American - UTPA 4.2 I'm a freshman at UTPA and I really like the TKEs, they are a great group of guys and throw cool parties. I see a lot of them around campus and don't hear too much negative about them. If I decide to rush, I definitely would rush TKE!

No wonder you don't get invite... you can't tell the difference between "here" and "hear"(you likely meant "heard") probably can't or couldn't pass your classes, and because you're not enrolled that is why they don't invite you. Just re-enroll and go to tutoring. Then you can find out about their parties.
