They know how to have fun, theyre very big on campus, always willing to help anyone out and are the true gentleman on campus. Plus who woudnt want to rush the guys who were the first to win fraternity of they year!! ;)

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Texas Pan American - UTPA 3.4 About 80 percent of the guys are actually "Gentleman" the other guys im not so sure about, they do party quite a bit. but i also see alot of them help out and volunteer around campus so it does balance out.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Texas Pan American - UTPA 4.0 Great group of guys and are often very involved in school activities. They are very Diverse in the sense that they have many guys coming from different backgrounds and Races. They have pretty good parties and are a pretty sociable group of guys, definitely one of the top Fraternities on campus handsdown..
