Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida Institute of Technology - FIT 3.6 The Chi Phi's are a bunch of extremely chill guys. They are extremely fun to hangout with and are always down to have a good time. Their involvement on campus is improving. They have a barn and a log house which is pretty awesome. Can get a little sketch sometimes when randos show up but overall its a pretty fun place to hangout. They have a few big parties which are reallllly fun but they're more of small chill get togethers, which are very fun also. Overall, a great fraternity with great guys!

The Chi Phi's are a bunch of extremely chill guys. They are extremely fun to hangout with and are always down to have a good time. Their involvement on campus is improving. They have a barn and a log house which is pretty awesome. Can get a little sketch sometimes when randos show up but overall its a pretty fun place to hangout. They have a few big parties which are reallllly fun but they're more of small chill get togethers, which are very fun also. Overall, a great fraternity with great guys!

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida Institute of Technology - FIT 3.2 Some of the guys are pretty cool and fun to hang out with, but I had a friend that rushed and told me that they are not very friendly to pledges that they deem weird or "not a fit". They are the only other fraternity who has house (Pikes are the other one), even though its a barn and a wood log house. The location is kinda sketchy, but since they dont care about their property they usually throw good parties. Very small chapter.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida Institute of Technology - FIT 3.4 Some of the brothers are kind of goofy looking and the barn is getting a little run down. They are fun to hang around but the parties are getting smaller and smaller due to other fraternities throwing larger parties. The small parties are not always a bad thing though.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida Institute of Technology - FIT 4.4 Love the house/barn - very original. These guys used to be sketchy af but in the last few years they've stepped it up and have been way more visible & involved. Reputation for being funny & laid back.
