Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity Ratings at FIT

Chi Phi is clearly the best. The brothers through great parties and are very welcoming. This chapter would never hurt a fly and everyone feels safe at their house. The brothers are always looking out for everyone at the house - even those not in their chapter. They stay involved within the community and help everyone out.

Great bunch of people to hang out with. Throws great parties as well as maintains their GPA. People are super friendly. I think they are trained to be nice to everyone and have a good relation with everyone.

These guys are the best on campus! All of them are great with the exceptions of couple that don't really go out. They always host the best parties and they know how to throw down. Their property is getting better, and is perfect for the parties they host. They try to get involved with whatever they can on campus also! Definitely top tier fraternity at Florida Tech!

This is an amazing group of men. They are trustworthy and will have your back no matter what. They are more than their parties and it means a lot that they sacrifice their time and home to make sure other people are having a good time. These are the most genuine fun to be around guys you will ever come across who truly understand what brotherhood and being true gentlemen really entitles. They have their diversity, but every Chi Phi is a great man.

These guys know how to throw down. Great parties even when it's not organized. They need to clean up their house though, the entire property is ratty. Older guys are chill as hell, newer guys are 90% tools
