Chi Phi is the best fraternity on campus. They are a great group of guys who are welcoming to everyone. They also throw some of the best parties. 10/10 recommend rushing Chi Phi.

I have met some great individuals from this fraternity but as a whole, they are just a bunch of meatheads that don't care about anyone else but themselves. Do not recommend rushing pike.

Compared to the last few years, it seems like they aren't trying as hard as they used to. Their numbers are down, and their brothers are less involved on campus. Having been at FIT for a few years, it is weird not hearing about chi phi parties anymore. Their parties were always pretty fun, however not because of the brothers but because people would come to take advantage of the open space. Maybe they lost touch with campus because of their isolation, or maybe they took for granted their status from previous years. Nonetheless, if chi phi wants to be like they used to be, they better try hard this spring rush.
