Brothers are everywhere. No sense of brotherhood. Just a few brothers who do everything and the rest just somehow appear for greek week. Few parties at their house, only one will be fun a semester if lucky. Mostly see them at Chi Phi random weekends instead of at their own house.

Middle tier right now. Older guys had a good thing going. Newer guys don't give a hoot about what happens. They have one crazy involved member but apparently they don't like to give him too much responsibility within the chapter. Great parties though

Can't take these guys seriously. I can rage with their new guys (even though they are lightweights) and one older guy. The rest of them are a bunch of goody-two-shoed RA's. Seriously, 90% of the fraternity are RA's. They use it as a recruitment tool, dorm storm and dirty rush.

These guys know how to throw down. Great parties even when it's not organized. They need to clean up their house though, the entire property is ratty. Older guys are chill as hell, newer guys are 90% tools

These guys do a ton of philanthropy. Some shaved their heads for relay, that's commitment. A lot of the new guys are cool, some go out, others stay in. They don't put pressure on their guys to drink so that's cool. Their older guys are chill as hell. Some of their mid level guys are awesome too. Overall, good fraternity

Considering they whooped the football teams ass I think they are by far the best addition to this campus.

Dirty rush and never go out. They stay at a couple brother's house and rarely ever leave

They're a different bunch for sure. Mostly nerdy guys, but then again it is FIT. They have a "house" but really don't take advantage of it. They have a lot of space to host big parties, but most just involve people standing around outside of their barn. Also, I'm not a fan of some of their newer guys; I found them to be very rude, which is unlike what I've seen from their older Brothers. Basically, they could do a lot better, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.

Lambda Chi is, in my opinion, the top fraternity on campus. They're great guys plus they get the best grades, raise the most money for philanthropy, and throw the biggest parties at FIT. People can try to deny all of that, but the numbers don't lie. These guys are good, and they're only getting better.
