Love these Gals! All are very fun to be around and seem to have GREAT recruitment. Never a dull moment when these gals are around that's for sure. Just wish they'd come out to other parties other than chi phi.

First let me say that they do have some quality guys. That being said the majority of them are stereotypical douche bags. While they may dominate at sports they lack good sportsmanship and overall character. Yea it's all well and good that you're proud that you beat everyone in Greek Week 30 odd years but when all is said and done all it takes is one look at who it is you recruit and how you treat them for the rest of us to make up our minds. There is a reason your retention rate sucks.
