Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Alberta - UA 1.0 Uh oh! Looks like pike has deleted yet another comment calling them out for their inaction! Who’s surprised? Absolutely no one? That’s right. It’s time to own up to your mistakes and commit to being better instead of attempting to hide your organization’s failures from the rest of the community. We want to see you do better but you need to actually make a change.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Alberta - UA 2.4 They’re possibly the most boring frat on campus and their members are incredibly arrogant. They’re so jealous of other frats all they can do is talk poorly about them when in reality the other frats don’t even care about Pike or their events.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Alberta - UA 5.0 If you look at the ratings this Fraternity has gotten a lot more ratings than other Fraternity. IF you go to the UAlberta subreddit its also gotten a metric ton of flak. All claiming allegations and accusations of a variety of thing. Yet if you do any digging, you can't find any proof of these thing happening. As in the allegations have zero source aside from reviews and reddit posts by a clearly angry person. Seeing these things scared me. I genuinely considering staying away from Pi Kappa Alpha cause of them. However I decided to go to some rush events. Found out very quickly they are a very good group of men. I am a bit biased in their favor as I am now a Brother. However if you're reading these ratings you're probably interested in rushing. Don't take everything online seriously. Find out about our rush events from instagram and come meet the boys. You're your own best judge. Pi Kappa Alpha is a great Fraternity but there are other great Fraternity's on campus as well. Find the one that's best for you and make U Alberta's Greek Life the best it can be!

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Alberta - UA 4.9 I was very uneasy about rushing a frat this septemeber on campus but wanted to as the pandemic was over and campus activity was increasing. Thought I should check out a couple of the fraternities and came across PIKE. I met a few of the guys and was invited and attended a couple of parties. I went begrudgingly as I did not have a positive view of Greek life in Edmonton and figured why not give it a chance. At the first party I had countless active members come and introduce themselves to me, all extremely friendly and eager to chat and meet me. For the first time on campus, I had that sort of interaction with many people in one place just wanting to have fun and party, not caring about who you are and what you look like. I had heard some very negative reviews and rumours of PIKE because of something that had happened previously but was very happy to report that my experiences there were nothing short of great. I was actually very shocked by the party rules with checking bags, no open liquor, and how safe a lot of girls had felt with their whole system. I decided not to rush any frat this semester but have met a lot of the members and feel like they are some stand up gents that are just wanting to have some fun.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Alberta - UA 1.0 The fact that PIKE continues to police their greekrank page and delete any and all negative comments they can get their hands on never fails to astound me. Ridiculously sad to see that this is the level you have to stoop to in order to try and save face. People are already aware of your reputation, deleting comments isn’t going to help. How about you actually address the issues within your chapter instead.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Alberta - UA 1.0 These guys just try to sweep everything under the rug. Instead of dealing with their issues they just pretend like it didn’t happen. They also like to mention that they are the largest frat on campus despite being in the middle at best. If you’re looking to join a fraternity, I would look elsewhere

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Alberta - UA 1.4 This is a dysfunctional group of guys. There is no culture of leadership that is being built within the organization. Over the past 2 years they’ve gone from one of the best to one of the worst on campus. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Alberta - UA 2.4 I don't know how these guys are even still able to be on campus. Your a number not a member. Only thing they recruited me with was "you will be part of the largest frat on campus." I'm a legacy to them and still didn't want to join but had to anyways since no other frat would bid me because I was a legacy. Ended up dropping after a semester because of the crazy high dues and getting nothing out of it in exchange. Honestly don’t bother rushing this excuse for a frat and just attend the parties as a GDI.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Alberta - UA 2.7 Overall this is the least liked fraternity on campus. They give out bids to literally anyone they see and they are they are very disrespectful and nasty to all other Greek life. All they do is go out to bars and pull absolutely zero girls. They serve as a great example of what not to do as a fraternity. This applies to the majority of their members as there are a select few who understand what it means to be Greek and to be a gentleman.
