This fraternity is the very definition of "nerd." They have very little redeeming social value except that they occasionally have a decent party.

A fraternity doesn't have to be large to be good, but it can be too small especially when the guys they do have are really lame -- like Lambda Chi!

The D Chis are an outstanding fraternity. They are very involved on campus and are in many organizations. They are also strong in athletics and have really good parties. Most of all, they are just really fine, all around guys.

If you look at the ratings this Fraternity has gotten a lot more ratings than other Fraternity. IF you go to the UAlberta subreddit its also gotten a metric ton of flak. All claiming allegations and accusations of a variety of thing. Yet if you do any digging, you can't find any proof of these thing happening. As in the allegations have zero source aside from reviews and reddit posts by a clearly angry person. Seeing these things scared me. I genuinely considering staying away from Pi Kappa Alpha cause of them. However I decided to go to some rush events. Found out very quickly they are a very good group of men. I am a bit biased in their favor as I am now a Brother. However if you're reading these ratings you're probably interested in rushing. Don't take everything online seriously. Find out about our rush events from instagram and come meet the boys. You're your own best judge. Pi Kappa Alpha is a great Fraternity but there are other great Fraternity's on campus as well. Find the one that's best for you and make U Alberta's Greek Life the best it can be!

I was very uneasy about rushing a frat this septemeber on campus but wanted to as the pandemic was over and campus activity was increasing. Thought I should check out a couple of the fraternities and came across PIKE. I met a few of the guys and was invited and attended a couple of parties. I went begrudgingly as I did not have a positive view of Greek life in Edmonton and figured why not give it a chance. At the first party I had countless active members come and introduce themselves to me, all extremely friendly and eager to chat and meet me. For the first time on campus, I had that sort of interaction with many people in one place just wanting to have fun and party, not caring about who you are and what you look like. I had heard some very negative reviews and rumours of PIKE because of something that had happened previously but was very happy to report that my experiences there were nothing short of great. I was actually very shocked by the party rules with checking bags, no open liquor, and how safe a lot of girls had felt with their whole system. I decided not to rush any frat this semester but have met a lot of the members and feel like they are some stand up gents that are just wanting to have some fun.

Have been super involved in the community. From what I saw too, half the members on their panhel committee/board were from Theta. Several interactions I had they seemed genuine and nice.

Horrible horrible people. Inconsiderate of others feelings. Violate women. See themselves as above the average human. Women viewed as objects. Disrespectful.

I'm not sure what the people writing this reviews are smoking but if its makeing DKE look good then give me some because from my experience to anyone in Greek like thst knows about them will tell you otherwise. So what this tells me is that a whole lot of self ranking going on here.. truly sad.

Best frat. Very nice people but truly amazing. Very good looking in my opinion. Very nice guys and very caring towards everyone who goes through their house
