The two comments below me have the information SERIOUSLY mixed up. It was about a member of alpha Gam who assaulted anybody. It was a former member of a different sorority who assaulted multiple members of alpha Gam. The only reason it’s still a Greek issue is that the woman was removed from theta because of her assault allegations against her, and then joined ceres, leaving members of alpha Gam still unsafe as the woman has specifically targeted alpha gams to use as her victims. If you’re going to comment on the issue at least get your information correct

GreekRank doesn’t allow for responses to individual comments any more but if there is an allegation of SA or if someone knows something they need to contact the organization immediately. Unfortunately unless the individual who was directly affected gives the okay for this to be brought up and dealt with organizations are often unable to do anything in order to respect the privacy of victims. This fall from grace is painful to watch. Instead of trying to keep it together, they're tearing themselves apart within. It's a shame they are taking such a nice pledge class with them.

I’m a gdi who has been around these girls plenty. I’m not someone who didn’t get a bid or a guy that got rejected. These girls are just not classy. Their goal is to make you feel like you’re less than them. They think they are better than everyone. It is actually sad. They drop friends so fast and have no problem sneaking behind other girls back and breaking girl code.

These girls care most about surrounding themselves with guys. They are not allowed to attend a certain fraternity’s events yet, they will make an appearance at every single one. They think they are above the rules that all other sororities follow. They are all entitled and not classy what so ever.

I get every sorority has good and bad girls but you guys should really implement a good image because some of the girls here and what they've done is crazy, not a good sisterhood whatsoever terrible qualities

Imagine supporting an organization who’s members (not to mention EXEC members) targeted and followed home a drunk guy home from the bar only to let themselves into the house without any kind of permission and cause issues. If these were fraternity members they would be kicked out of their organization and held accountable but when it’s a sorority it’s different huh. Watch the comments trying to justify this pop up. You know what you did. Defending them is pathetic.

Theta is being torn apart yet again for no reason. You really think some girl in the chapter wrote RAPS? No. And why would she admit she was removed that's embarrassing. Lets talk about the ACTUAL content of the sorority: - fun philanthropy - great new member class this year - genuine sisterhood from what I see - trying to be more involved I think theta is doing great with what they can. give them a chance!

A recap of everything going on: the exec is the main issue. Not only did they not remove the member keelin and let her leave on her own (which is embarrassing) but they brought her in for the wrong things. It has been confirmed the racism stuff never happened but INSTEAD the woman SA multiple members of alpha gamma delta, targeting them as her victims, including the two who are pink campus reps, assaulting them for her own s3xual pleasure. Next, the exec pushed themselves onto a group of men by following them home drunk. The whole sorority is also banned from one frats events yet they still try to show up because they have been a bit bit crazy lately. And let but not least they intentionally exile the less “pretty” sororities such as pi phi and ceres recently and the philanthropy director has told one other member she will NOT be allowing ceres to participate in camp theta (philanthropy event for fall) coming up; because they are not feminine in her opinion and called them “Hicks”. The chapter has addressed none of this, ultimately leading to their images fall down now
