I Can't Believe this site says Theta Chi's are the best fraternity i would put them middle lower at best and put DKE, Pike and FIJI as top tier!

MIDDLE TIER

Went to a Theta chi party last year wasn't super impressed by the atmosphere and the ratio of guys to girls but they don't seem like too bad of guys! Couple weird ones but not a bad mid level fraternity!

Pros of Theta Chi fraternity is that they are small so they have what seems like a fun time with each other, So alright brotherhood Cons being a small fraternity means that you don't have the opportunities that some of the larger fraternities have like lots of programming (events). Also a con most of Theta Chi are dweebs except Scott and a couple others.
