simple rankings 2016

I keep seeing that "rankings" thread get commented on. This can EASILY be simplified because there really is no definitive rank here if we are being honest. Arguments can be made between those in the same tier for who is best/worst.

SigChi is on a high horse because they killed fall rush (sigep was ineligible). Pike isn't done yet, but they're going through a similar process that sigep went through in the fall (a lot of people got kicked out). Right now "top frat" can't be defined: sigchi has historically been upper middle tier, sigep still has to prove themselves after people getting dropped, and who knows about pike.
