Why is SAE not doing well in this campus especially since they are the oldest frsternity chapter in existence at GW?

There first semester they came back was a flop. Your first semester on campus is critical.

They just got back 2 years after being kicked off + don't really recruit that well. Having no house really hinders them too.

Take in to account having no house, a bad rep nationally and not finding their niche' on campus does hurt them during recruitment.
