The GMU chapter turned in their charter and switched to a different fraternity name.

that would be the biggest disgrace to them or any fraternity that promoted their own fraternity only to have to adopt a different one.

The "official" guys are more likely to join their underground brothers than join a new, recognized fraternity.

What a difference a few semesters makes...these guys went through a rough patch of trouble with the university and their nationals, but seem to be back on track now. Apparently now, their nationals, several prominent local alumni, and the chapter itself are working in unison along with the university to be stewards and guardians of the ideals that Sig Ep is based on...Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love. It has breathed fresh life into the organization.
