They're done being a top tier powerhouse. I personally know 2 kids who went SigChi and one who ended up joining Delta Sig BECAUSE sigep has such a shaky future. Their recruits went elsewhere.

in the eyes of girls it literally did not change their rank at all.. yeah their rush was shaky but at the end of the of the day they still got some awesome guys, definitely still top tier. The guys who chose to go lower houses are just going to go by relatively unnoticed now

Older girls maybe. But all the younger aphis, sks, kkgs and the geeds who would have gone dg are gravitating towards pike and sigma chi. Phi psi and Sigep are temporarily at a standstill. Unless thy perform well in Fall rush, not much will happen for them.

You SigEps should appreciate the support mature women have given to you through your hardships. Trading in for freshman girls and GDIs is outrageous.

How many guys might they be able to recruit and initiate this spring?

Are there any continuing bans on them "rushing" versus doing COB-whatever-rolling recruitment?

Who is bashing sigep? Facts are that with sigchi gaining popularity, the successful introduction of a new fraternity, and zbt somehow gaining reputation, shows that there are many fraternities pretty open to fll sigeps old shoes.

Some of their other chapters do initiate new members as soon as they receive and accept the bids. I thinks it's part of their "Balance Man" program. Not to sure if GW Sig Eps follow the same rule.
