How possible is rushing as a second semester sophomore? Would I be only limited to lower tier frats or would there still be a possibility of me getting bids from some of the top ones?

Depends. Honestly, it comes down to why you didn't rush before, and who you are-- if you aren't a fit at a house, you'll get shot down regardless of class standing.

First advice, forget Greekrank and "tiers" even exist. Because they're honestly just the invention of a vocal minority of tryhards.

Secondly, frats tend to care much less about your background and more about your personality. That being said, spring is generally when we take smaller classes so it will be harder for you, but very doable. A lot of frats had weak fall rush and will be looking to take big sprinh classes.
