I agree with OP but I think we can break this into 3 tiers, honestly...

I'll agree that I should have put pikapp right below sigma chi (I think I meant to but forgot about them and sort of stuck them somewhere) but delta sig is in the bottom because they're completely new and unestablished, maybe they should be above psk but definitely not any higher. Not saying next year or a year after they won't rise up in the ranks, they probably will. But for now they're in the top of the bottom or the bottom of the middle. As for kkg it's already explained, I was not so subtly referring to them in the post. They honestly have a terrible reputation and nobody outside of a few select tier-obsessed frats (which all of you probably are in) actually like them, just ask any "mid tier" frat, sorority girl, or even a non Greek student and they'll tell you that.
Phi psi is up there for the same reason sig ep is, their past reputation and standing. Even though they might be falling, this is where they have been consistently for years and that might very well change by next year but for now that's the way it is, sorry sig chi...
@omg I literally have no idea what you're talking about??? Also I'm not in psk but feel free to continue deluding yourself into thinking to justify why someone could dare to think you're precious fraternity isn't as good as you think it is

alpha phi is not tied for top, SK and KKG are definitely below them. aephi is rock bottom [well thats a little harsh, but they aren't that high]. as for frats KS isnt that high, zbt is above KA and beta is psk level. delta sig is probably tied with sig nu but ive still literally never met one so i cant say for sure

You have to tier by the different types of girls going through rush and what they are looking for. Generalized examples below:
