I'm sorry I just don't thimk SigEp is top anymore. Sure there older guys are still partying with the same girls but their lack of a strong or even decent freshmen class blows.

This entire post is just a giant NO
First off sig chi is not above SigEp because of one semester of them being effed over.
KA is decently better than DTD in nearly any measure I don't see how you can rank them together.
Sigma Nu is above PSK no questions about it. Are you joking putting PSK not at the very bottom? They're probably the most disliked fraternity in the DMV.
Beta is BOTTOM TIER, especially after their last 2 pledge classes. This post kind of makes me think this is a Beta as no one views them as middle
DSP is rankable at the bottom of the middle tier where people seem to be putting them lately. They've thrown a few parties off campus and are more attractive/normal seeming than Beta and SigNu but not as good yet as DTD or KA.

While is regrettable that some members of DC Alpha have shown an unwillingness to accept support from campus and Fraternity staff experts, it is encouraging that true leaders have embraced the values-based change that will position the chapter to be a valued partner in higher education. By living the cardinal virtues, incorporating the ritual into everyday lives, and participating in Leadership Continuum programming, these Balanced Men are showing SigEp's unique strengths to transform. DC Alpha is poised to succeed here and its earnest brothers will be prepared for life after college.

personally I think Chi O is really annoying and not that attractive. Id put them tied with or below ADPi
