This is how someone in a "middle tier" sorority see's the fraternity ranks currently.
Top:
Pike
SigEp
PhiPsi/SigChi
Middle:
Pikapp/KappaSig/ZBT
KA/Delt
Middle Bottom???:
DSP (the guys seem cooler than many of the bottom tier so far, but we'll see)
Bottom top:
Beta
Lambda/Snu
Bottom:
PSK/SAE

DSP only has more members than SAE and PSK. I don't even think they've had a social event yet and they don't even have housing. Going off looks they're average.
IDK how you can rank them at all to be honest, just wait a bit lol. But they definitely aren't in "mid tier" no matter what.

Delta Sig has 48 registered members and they're not even finished recruiting for this semester alone yet. I think OP ranked them middle because they're obviously better looking than the bottom with even average looks.

2 of my friends went to their party off campus and said they were basically the same type of dudes as DTD or Sig Chi. Also didn't OP rank them nearly bottom anyway...

DSP is too new to be ranked in the middle. They need to be at the bottom like all new frats do and prove to everyone they are worthy of middle tier.
