how do sororities even pick girls?
by: ?Because I know a lot of pretty girls who were dropped by top tier and ended up in mid/bottom, so it can't just be based off looks. And they all seem like nice, friendly girls. Can someone shed some light?

Each chapter has their own set of things they look for, and it can change year to year. Most chapters don't just look for one specific thing, it's a well-rounded girl. In my chapter, we look at involvement, attitude, leadership, and stuff like that. It also has to do with voting, like each chapter votes differently so if you don't have a connection with one girl you talk to, that chapter's voting system might give her the opportunity to drop you. It varies obviously and it's secret but basically you end up where you're meant to, and just because a girl is beautiful and would be a stereotypical XYZ doesn't mean she wouldn't feel more at home with ABC.
