SigEp Is not allowed to have a FORMAL fall rush. However, they are allowed to give bids this fall, and all throughout the semester to kids they like. This is called a "rolling bid system". So, not only will they be taking a fall PC, they will be adding kids all throughout the semester. Anything else you here about the matter is likely a bitten tier fraternity dude trying to knock them off the top.
