Aphi SK and DG are all going to be battling for definite top house.
SK is only included in that because they have the advantage of not being on probation and having a house on the row. Aphi and DG are hanging on by a thread because of their standing with GW.
ChiO will move up in quality as they have the past few years. If DG or Aphi keep getting in trouble with GW, I see ChiO swapping places with one of them in a matter of 2-3 years.
Kappa is a very specific chapter. I'm putting them below ChiO for now because they've been losing many girls to Aphi and DG and have little to no presence on campus. The girls who are Kappa will ultimately go Kappa no matter what.
ADPi is smack dab in the middle and slowly decreasing. KD is in the middle and slowly increasing. KD still has the advantage of being the newest chapter on campus and will probably be able to break into the top tier a few years after the freshmen graduate.
AEPhi will always recruit the jappy high maintenance girls but they keep going downhill year after year.
PiPhi is full of the nice girls that just slipped through the cracks of the middle tier. Nice group of girls.
SDT/PhiSig will never have much mobility, but the girls they get work very well for their chapter
