the first night you go to all the sororities, then after that you drop two and sororities make cuts, if you got dropped by none the next day you'll go back to the 9 you still wanted, and if you got dropped by any you won't go to those and you might have to go back to ones you've dropped, this process repeats until the end

In my experience I haven't heard of girls getting dropped completely from recruitment, but that's only if you maximize your options. If you didn't get a bid, your Pi Rho Chi would call you and tell you before you go to get your bid, and if you don't get invited back to a party (I.e. You have fewer than the max number of parties on a night) they will call you and tell you that you don't have to be there until a certain time.

You are guaranteed to be asked back by Pi Phi, Phi Sig, and SDT unless you say something offensive. And even then, it might not matter.

not sure why anyone who is not in greek life would be commenting on this site.. with that being said... sometimes the system doesn't work. I know girls who were dropped by a sorority their freshmen year, rushed the following year as sophomores, and are now in sororities that dropped them when they were freshmen. Ya the system isn't great, but thats what recruitment is and hopefully you end up in a sorority with girls that you genuinely connect with. good luck!
