detailed frat rankings

1) Tier is relative. I know guys who can pull hard + out drink anyone, but went to places like Snu and Beta because they felt like they fit in there. Freshmen, go where you fit it, and don't pretend to be someone else to impress people.
2) This will change in the fall; Phi Psi has some judicial issues to deal with, and a new frat is coming on, plus, you know: rush.
Not in any order within the tier, btw.
Top:
Phi Psi, Pike, Sig Ep
Upper Middle:
Sigma Chi, PiKapp
Middle:
ZBT, Kappa Sig, Delt, KA
Bottom:
Beta, Sigma Nu, Lambda,
Dying:
PSK (r@pey reputation), SAE (Like 15 actives)
Delta Sig, or D-Sig, or DSP, whatever they're called, will come in.... anywhere. Maybe bottom, maybe dying, maybe upper middle. Not top, because they'll lack a house.

I ultra disagree with you; if they get 1 creepy dude who is weird at a party, or if they pull all weirdos, they could come in below Snu + Lambda.

Lol look at the lower tier frat boys shaking^ I agree with the above comment as a top 2 sorority girl. Isn't hard to beat out Signu, Beta, and Lambda.
