tiers going into fall

Frats

Top: SigEp, Pike, Phi Psi, Sig Chi
Middle: PiKapp, Kappa Sig, Ka, Delt, ZBT
Bottom: Beta, Sig Nu, Lamda Chi, SAE, PSK

Sororities

Top: Alpha Phi, DG, SK, KKG
Middle: Chi O, ADPi, KD, AEPhi
Bottom: Pi Phi, SDT, Phi Sig

Does this seem pretty accurate? I think tiers are better than concrete positional rankings because there's no objective way to rank each group

Also, do most people rank frats more based off looks similar to sororities or overall?

Sigma Chi is still middle. Otherwise, this is perfect.

While i think that this fall will give sigchi a big jump (everyone else is on probation) i think theyve proved that they are top tier going into fall.

Separate tier for PiKapp + Sigma Chi, and drop SAE + PSK to 'in danger of dying' tier. That's all that needs to be fixed.

this is the most generalized possible ranking so its obviously pretty accurate. sig chi and pikapp should be their own tier though

Why should PiKapp still be considered an upper middle tier? They had 2 really bad pledge classes last year (lost a lot of fall guys to other frats like sigma chi and sigep) and their spring class had like 5 guys. They seem to be on the decline to me

agreed. they had a really really good freshmen class two years ago. this past year nobody wanted to go pikapp and it shows.

They have arguably one of the best rising junior classes they better pull it together in the fall.

Was right. Generalized tiers are better than a straight up list since a lot depends on opinion.

Yep as a rising sophomore in a frat I agree with this. For the fraternities I don't really see a need for an upper mid tier anymore because in the past year sigma chi has gone up and Pikapp has gone down. Beta might a lower mid or upper bottom tier to itself. For the ladies chi o should probably be an upper mid tier and pi phi and AEPhi should maybe have a lower mid tier

If you think Beta is mid tier in any way possible you don't pay any attention to Greek Life at this school

Beta is not mid tier. Pi Phi and AEPhi are too different to be compared.
