Let's say FIJI is the fraternity that will be here in Fall

Where do you think they'd start?

I'd say right about it's probably go for the first semester

Fiji
Beta
Lambda
Sig Nu
PSK/SAE

and then if they can have a decent rush spring semester too they may even hit lower middle tier.

Right off the bat then make sure u don't allow goobers and h0m0s into the ranks and concentrate more on the athletes. That goes for any new group that wants to colonize.
