transfer senior/juniors rushing

We seem to get loads of posts from transfers asking if its weird to rush as a senior or junior. Let's discuss it in this one post so that they have a resource to use instead of it being posted constantly

my opinion: as long as you rush your FIRST SEMESTER senior year as a TRANSFER I say it's worth it for fraternities as long as you're not aiming high. For sororities it's iffier, I think junior year is really your last real shot but still go for it as a senior if you want.

Thanks! Do a lot of sororities take junior transfers? Any specific ones that don't?

Obviously if Senior transfers are okay to rush then sophomore will be fine to rush. If you're guy it doesn't even matter your year.
