sophomore fall rush
by: SophrushI rushed as a freshman and ended up dropping but still want to be in a sorority. What sororites could i get into and what are some tips to do well during rush to get into a mid/top tier?

i rushed as a sophomore after dropping freshman year and got into the chapter of my choice. It's not impossible it's just a bit more difficult. A lot of chapters will automatically drop you based on your GPA. Try to use being a sophomore/going through rush a second time to your advantage. Talk about what you've been involved in (that freshman obviously haven't been able to do yet). Also you should have more confidence because the situation will be less confusing. You know the chapters and you've been through the process. Show that to the chapters.

just be yourself, show the chapters the potential of you being part of them. Don't try to fit in because they'll see right through it. I dropped my freshman year got got into a chapter I wanted. But I went to it with an open mind, but I just ended up at the chapter I thought I fit into the best. GPA does matter, but not TOO much, if the chapter likes you, they'll keep you around.

What GPA ensures no one would drop you just for your GPA? Like how high?
