why is sae not good / doing better here?

SAE started greeklife at GW. I understand they were operating outside of official school recognition for a decade or more years, but they were rerecognied a while ago. What's holding them back???

They're too small, and houseless. They were dominant in the 90's, then they got kicked off. Their house was sold to GW at some point, and now they're just slowly dying. It's hard to get a) a good social life with only 15 people, and b) recruit with out a house, or at least an I-House floor.
