Beta should definitely be in the mid tier. Say what you want about them but thei fall pledge class was bigger and more ivolved than most mid tier. Don't really see how sig chi or sig ep killed it, but i can understand their rank. ka and pikapp have had horrible pledge classes and are definetly on the fall. Pike and phi psi should not be held in the same regards as any top tier.

Phi Psi is the one thats new to top tier. And even then, depends on what your definition of top is, since they lose to pike and sigep every single time.

I'm just shocked that ZBT, Delt and KA are seen as in a different tier than Beta. Can someone please explain any reasoning behind that? Plenty of strange people in all those fraternities. Also Pi Kapp is definetly upper tier, they are much higher than KA or Delt. Sigma Chi is also way overrated. Plenty of people in that fraternity are nice, but aren't cool by any means.

ZBT hangs out with a lot of girls in DG APhi more than u would think... And girls in general love them for some reason. Girls at beta aren't necessarily In that category. Not sure about Delt or KA

(PhiPsi killed it at spring rush and sweeped almost every good guy that was left but that only pits them on the same level as SigEp bc SigEp undisputedly got the best fall class. Pike did bad once again but the umph behind their name puts them ahead of SigChi, who did great in the fall and steady okay in spring.)
Middle:
Kappa Sig/PiKapp
KA/ZBT
Delt
(PiKapp use to be a favorite of SK and APhi, but after this year they dont give a crap about them. These guys had such potential for top tier after Fall '13 where they did better than SigChi. Now even Kappa Sig is doing better. ZBT is killing it and I see good things in their future. Delt has dropped and KA is steady.)
Bottom:
Beta
Lambda
Sigma Nu/PSK
(Beta will be lower mid to mid next year at the current momentum they have. Getting quantity and quality (whatever that means in terms of Beta). Everyone else just stays bleh.)

Lets be real: Pi Kapp is still above Sigma Chi, PIKE is still top tier, and KA ZBT aren't above the squids...

ahaha how do you understand SigChis rank but dont think Pike or Phi Psi should be in the top?? you're delusional. Pike & Phi Psi have been top tier for the longest, with Sig Ep joining 2-3 years ago and nothing has changed since. AKA:
TOP: Pike/Phi Psi/Sig Ep
UPPER MIDDLE: SigChi/Pi Kapp
MIDDLE: KapSig/KA
LOWER MIDDLE: Delt/ZBT
BOTTOM: Beta
