tke charter issues, again?

Word on the street is TKE lost their charter, for good this time. Can anyone confirm or deny?

They could apply no earlier than 2020 to be considered for recolonization from what I am told, but it not guaranteed. TKE, along with AEPi and whoever else is intersted in colonizing at GWU would need to submit a letter of interest and 3 will present and 1 will be chosen. Remember, we are geting a new fraternity in 2015 and possibily a second in 2017-18.
