Switch SK & Chi O and this is will be accurate AF. Chi O is still great, but they don't have the top tier appeal that SK/KKG/APhi/DG have.
sororitys/Frats that are similar:
(APhi/DG/KKG = Phi Psi/Pike/SigEp) - clear top 3 for sororitys & frats
(SK = Pi Kapp)
(Chi O = Sigma Chi)

SK and Pi Kapp are only close because SK forces Pi Kapp to keep up relations with them.
The SK Juniors are the only reason they're ever considered top 4

SK is way closer to Sigma Chi than PiKapp nowadays. I use to love PiKapp but with the coming PC idk what's happened to them and they are not fun. They got a very bad fall class and are attempting to cling on to an above-average sophomore class. They had a lot of potential but that would've only come into play had they done well at rush.

Pi Kapp's sophomores are one of the best classes in the game. This year wasn't as stellar but don't write them off yet.

"best classes in the game" - yea maybe their own game but compared to other/better chapters they just dont match up
