upperclassmen rush

I was just wondering which fraternities an upperclassmen would have a shot at during spring rush? I don't want to waste my time at fraternities I don't have a shot at. Thanks!

if youre a cool upperclassman, go for the good chapters (pike, phi psi, sig ep, pi kapp, sigchi) if youre normal (ka, delt, kap sig, zbt) if youre not (beta, tke, lambda snu).
