Phi Sig, SDT, and Pi Phi usually do. Maybe AEPhi since they did poorly in recruitment. Possibly no one is but if any were going to it'd be one of these 4.

Pi Phi isnt Spring Rushing since they met quota. Probably only Phi SIg and AEPhi. Honestly so many DG's dropped after their suspension that maybe even them (this is not meant as a dis and i know nothing about their rush, just a guess)
