Which Fraternities will most likely have large spring pledge classes and which ones most likely will have very small pledge classes?

bad frats have small PCs
good frats have big PCs.

Phi Psi will probably take more than usual because their fall class was on the smaller side.

Thats not true. Good frats do not take big spring pcs.
