how relevant are looks for fraternity rush?

I was just curious how "look" conscience rushing for fraternities are for spring rush. Do they actually take into account the attractiveness of the guys?

If not, what do they value?

They take into account how successful a guy is with women. Looks play a role in this but basically - is he going to draw women in for the fraternity? It's not a determining factor but it's a factor.
