kappa sigma

I've heard a lot of my friends in this fraternity calling themselves top tier. Is this even relatively accurate?

As an upperclassman in a top tier sorority the jumpoff parties I went to at the beginning of the year were definitely on the level of the old aepi parties. They control hands down the best real estate on campus except for the castle and they throw down harder than most of the 'higher tier' frats
