rushing as a senior

Technically I am currently a second semester junior, spring i will start my senior year. Is it weird of me to rush the first semester of my senior year(spring rush)? I figure I'll be pledging for a few months but will be in the actual fraternity for nearly a year.

Or should I just give up on the idea? I transferred to GW as a junior spring of last year so that is why I didn't rush the first 3 years.

Any advice on if I should or shouldn't? Also which fraternities should I aim for?

Absolutely go for it but keep in mind you won't get into a good frat at GW. That said, there are "bad" frats at GW that are very good nationally like SAE, Beta, Sigma Nu etc. Go for those and then reap the alumni benefits after you graduate.

The comment by "IFC" is probably one of the meanest things on this site and shows why it isn't very reliable at our school. If people want to be in PSK or Phi Sig or any other org, let them be.

the president did NOT get in trouble. UPD closed the case after the victim retracted her accusation.
