phi psi's house?

Is it true Phi Psi is losing their house? Normally I don't believe rumors like this, but because the University isn't announcing sanctions, and the rumors about Kappa Sig, TKE, DG and Chi O turned out to be true, I can't help but wonder.

guess we'll have to wait and see. but if anything sigma chi is the one that got raided by a bunch of mpd last weekend

Its best to not have a house on campus these days, with the way christina is running the school. Best of luck to phi psi whether this is true or not, from another fraternity.

it's actually the opposite. Phi Psi's townhouse got renovated over the summer and damage that was done to their house in the years before are being fixed

You people dont know what your talking about and just spread rumors. First of all phi psi is not loosing their house. The school forced them to replace the floors with new wood flooring costing 15,000. And then since 2 spots in the townhouse were not being used the school made the chapter pay for the rent that the two students would have about 20,000. Secondly Kappa Sig and TKE are both suspended from the university they are not on double probation while the school does a hazing allegation

Not filling your house is a very big deal. Not sure they'll be able to keep taking tiny pledge classes and also keep that house.

I honestly think Phi Psi would be a better fraternity without that house. It would probably motivate them to get off their asses and do something once in a while.
