I just can't agree with pike and sig ep being ahead of phi psi. Pike still had a terrible year last these, they've lost a few pledges and took several "filler" individuals to increase their numbers. A lot of new guys just aren't old pike, even they're upperclassmen will agree. Sig ep did well with 26, but in reality they'll never be as cool/as fun as pike. Guys are good looking but that's basically all they have. Phi psi didn't take as many kids this year but they're just not comparable to PI kapp period. They have better sorority relationships and the guys are way cooler. If they took a few more kids at rush, people would say they're top house.

T1: pike, phi psi, sig ep, (the order is really based on personal preference)

T2: sig chi, pi kapp (Yet again, this order is based on preference)

T3: kappa sig

Irrelevance

Aepi is somehow staying relevant (Good for them) so you could stick them between the first and second tiers.

Phi psi sucks at sorority philanthropies and sports and their pledge class is awful. Pike kicks their ass every time. Sig ep too and even pi kapp sometimes. Thats not top tier.

we just came in 3rd for ADPi and are in 4th for AEPhi...so not sure what you're talking about.

currently undefeated in football (probably gonna lose to sigep today tho, being real)

and our pledge class is top notch, just as it is every year. pi kapp is irrelevant and pike is going downhill fast. if you spent even a second of your time NOT on this website, you'd realize that

I have phi psi and sig ep my top 2. Pikes new pledges are 70% Mexicans. And pi kapp is still behind pike.
