Pi Kapp should be its own tier. Their pledge class just doesnt stack up to phi psi's, let alone sigep or pike

Pikapp is very clearly doing worse then sigma chi. Sigma chi killed it at rush and very well has the second best pc (after sigep).

Kappa sig is not in the same league as pikapp or sigma chi at all. Both of them have solid relations with aphi/sk/chio something kappa sog severely lacks.

Phi Psi does not belong in the same tier as pike or sig ep. Its impossible to argue phi psi is tier 1 when they're having problems competing with pi kapp this year.

Pi kapp always beats phi psi at sports and sorority philanthropies. Phi psi has cooler guys but they're just not top tier or even close to it until they make some changes.
