I know guys who got dropped from pike this year and they're awesome/hot/athletic. This is coming from a girl though. But those guys wound up in other frats that are really good so the joke's on pike. that being said, I don't think for a second pike is done. I just think they are now even with Sig Ep and if Sig Ep gets another good fall PC sig ep will be #1. (Sig eps' seniors suck but their young ones are really good whereas pike is total opposite) Also, Pi Kapp has gone wayyyy up in girls' eyes, most girls will rank them top 3 or 4. I've never heard a girl get excited over Phi psi, but I understand they are more athletic so they get more respect than pi kapp.

Yeah, Pike has done well enough in recent years that they have a safety net. But the safety net only holds so much weight. Another bad PC will still keep them top 4 but arguably in line with Pi Kapp and Phi Psi while Sig Ep goes #1. If they get a decent PC I think they'll tie for #1 with Sig Ep. If they go back to their normal standard they will be a clear #1.

Trust me I would rather have Pike at number 1 than the douchey as ever Sig Ep but it seems that probably will not happen. Pike will stay in the top four unless they lose their charter. However I could see them following more and more within that top 4 within the next few years.

Pike is very aggressive in its recruiting. They have ways of convincing the guys they want to join and that is what made them top in the first place. Their parties are very good and they are also way more friendly than Sig Ep is - their biggest competitor. If you have ever rushed Pike you know what I'm talking about. Sig Ep's rush strategy is basically "If we act douchey enough people will think we're the best." Which works surprisingly well for them. Spring Rush isn't really that important though so I think its more about next fall.

Different girls prefer different fraternities. The type of girl that hangs out with Pi Kapp usually doesn't hang around too much with the Pike or Sig Ep crowd. The reverse is also true. Thats obviously a big generalization and there are exceptions but for the most part also true. In the past, Pike was the most popular but now its a lot more spread around. Most girls seem to have one or two fraternities they really like but there are some social butterflies out there. In my opinion, Pike, Pi Kapp Phi Psi and Sig Ep are all doing pretty well.

obviously the commenter PKA giving Pike 5/5 was a Pike guy but looks like they forgot to change their nickname when posting on Sig Ep's ranking acting like a freshman talking about how great Pike is. These guys loooove self ranking and bashing their competition especially while they are falling fast

hahahha they did the same on other fraternities too. just saw the same exact post on phi psi's ranking too. most likely hit up the others too.
what freshman would write "Pikes are the best looking guys on campus so I want to rush them"....lolwut?
