reputation
by: conflictedI know reputation shouldn't be something you really look at, but i cant help but feel bad about getting a mid tier/bottom tier sorority. Will it hurt my chances at attractive guys or having fun at parties? Or my personal reputation on campus?

If you're concerned with reputation, then there are certain chapters you fit better into and others that don't waste their time worrying about other people's opinions. Being in a "top tier" has some perks, but you shouldn't be joining a sorority to have pretty friends or more guys to hook up with. It's about making your best friends, challenging yourself to be better, and making connections that will help you throughout your entire life. If making 100 new best friends, mentors, study buddies, and drinking buddies isn't enough for you, you're probably joining Greek life for all the wrong reasons.
