Sigma Chi is a mid tier fraternity thats getting worse, zbt is a bottom tier fraternity getting better. Sigma Chi has nice houses though and they mix with better sororities so theyre easily better.

ZBT has gotten slightly better, Sigma Chi has been falling and plummeted hard to or below Kappa Sig's level
