phi psi - the great gatsby

Phi Psi is considered top tier but they're like the ghetto rat that won the lottery and got a house on the row. Their top tier status isn't deserved. Originally an average fraternity. Recently got to top tier (barely) after older and better chapters got in trouble. They'll never reach the status of the other top fraternities once Pike and Sigep fully recover. Phi psi = jay gatsby.

Pike, Phi Psi and Sig Ep are all great fraternities-different, yes, but all known for having good parties and hot guys.
