FRAT RANKINGS 2024-25 (from someone in greek life)

Tier 1: Top frats. Sociable and overall cool dudes. These are frats with most presence at top sorority events at clubs and for philanthropy. The most normal dudes you'll find.
1- Sigma Chi: best parties, really exclusive, great house, great brotherhood, good relations with girls.
2- Kappa Sigma: strong brotherhood, good parties too, some off guys, but overall not too far from SigChi.
3- ZBT:great Spring 2025 pc, good off-campus house, overall chill dudes, good parties too, needs improving on popularity to get to sigchi and ksig.

Tier 2: good frats, but lacks sociably and popularity-wise.
4- Delt: throws a lot at their house; rarely have events at clubs, and let's be fr, this is DC and everyone goes clubbing...Really chill guys, but are sherms. Throwing with mid-tier sororities doesn't help either.
5- Beta: not too far from delt, but their house being at the sorority row makes them kinda bad still.

Tier 3:
6- TKE: weird guys (heard stories about possible furry brothers), throws with mid-bottom tier sororities, lacks sociably.
7- AePi: really young frat; has potential and throws with Aephi which helps their reputation.

Bottom:
8- SAE: literally had a zero person pc; throws parties for freshmen; no doubt, the worst frat, should be kicked out from campus for being so ass.
